The digital production meeting is based on templates and user data edited in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) HYDRA. The agenda with fixed items is included in the template, which can be changed or extended during the meeting if required.

At the beginning of the meeting, the chairperson opens the application and goes through the scheduled agenda items. During the meeting, the chairperson repeatedly accesses evaluations and charts from HYDRA. No preparation is required like “creating reports” or “formatting charts”. The chairperson enters the results of the discussion directly into the agenda. Specific measures are also documented in the Digital Production Meeting and immediately assigned to the respective employees. The integrated measure management supports the users in tracking measures and checking their effectiveness.
Unresolved issues can be forwarded straight away to other meetings or escalated. These issues will automatically appear on the higher-level agenda.
